RESULTS
After research, we decided not to continue with the DMS project for corporate lawyers due to market saturation. Our competitive analysis showed that established solutions already address most user needs, leaving little room for differentiation. The high competition and mature market make it unlikely for us to achieve significant impact or success.
REFLECTIONS
Reflecting on this project, I learned the importance of assessing market saturation early in product development. Our research revealed real user needs, but intense competition made it hard to stand out. This experience reinforced the value of competitive analysis in UI/UX and the need to seek unique value propositions. Halting the project was tough, but it taught me when to pivot and focus on better opportunities.
